got it fix... yes it was the 12v switched.. i check the wiring and it didn't read anything.. so i check all the fuses that were associated with the radio and found 1 was blown call "clock"
lol.. thanks dudes !!!!!!!
its not that great either
well i used butt connectors and i triple checked the wiring.. its not it... i'm gonna disconnect it and just run it straight to the battery and try...
i did the multimeter with the yellow and it was showing okay.. and i checked the ground and its good... guess i could check the red power wire.. HMMMMMMM !!!!
when my old HU got stolen... the cut the factory plug so... i couldn't just get an adapter harness and just match the colors.. so i got the haynes manual and looked up each wire and see what it did..
its for a 2000 civic si coupe.. and the HU is a jvc kd-s100.. i'll try to get a video of the issue... :censored:
well i installed my wiring to factory wiring "dumb, but someone stole my shit so i had to".
anyhow i installed everything correctly and re-checked it twice...
my HU will turn on once i hit the display button... show the time.. and shut off about 10 seconds later... it only ejects discs and beep when i push the display button...
nothing else...
suggestions ??
headers, cams, cam gears, tuned, chipped, throttle body bore/space, high flow cat, high flow muffler, valve springs, bigger exhaust, turbo, supercharged, CAI, higher compression pistons, upgraded air filter... tons more
didn't read what everyone else said.. BUT !!!
in my little exp.
i'd say if you had a bigger vehicle it'd work a little.. but on my 4 cylinder vehicle.. it doesn't do shit.. at least that i'm aware of...
i also had a 79 caddy with a 425 big block and put one in that.. torque seemed a tad better... but overall meh

received an email with this info from SI since my issue expired about 3 month ago.
i called them and they said it was legit and even was told about the promotion before i asked about it.
i'd advise get a $50 pre-paid amex card or something or just cancel it when you receive the game.
