yeah i recognize jaywalking is illegal.. but how many times do you see a bus stop and riders get off and walk across the street, more often than not, they are not going to walk to the nearest intersection and cross. I've never seen jaywalking enforced.. and that is a hell of a time to start..

Personally I love Alpine 6x9s. I've had two sets of the Type S 6x9s.. very pleased with both of them. Also had a set of pioneer 6x9s.. they were terrible.. the alpines i would say are atleast 50x better.. But it all depends on if u want bass of out them or what. If you're looking for a little overall sound... Check out a set of the Alpine Type S or the Type R.

Man Saves lives, gets ticket DENVER – A good Samaritan who helped push three people out of the path of a pickup truck before being struck and injured has gotten a strange reward for his good deed: A jaywalking ticket. Family members said 58-year-old bus driver Jim Moffett and another man were helping two elderly women cross a busy Denver street in a snowstorm when he was hit Friday night. Moffett suffered bleeding in the brain, broken bones, a dislocated shoulder and a possible ruptured spleen. He was in serious but stable condition Wednesday. The Colorado State Patrol issued the citation. Trooper Ryan Sullivan said that despite Moffett's intentions, jaywalking contributed to the accident. Moffett had been driving his bus when the two women got off. In the interest of safety, he got out and, together with another passenger, helped the ladies cross. Moffett's stepson, Ken McDonald, said the driver of the pickup plowed into his stepfather, but not before Moffett pushed the two women out of the way. When he awoke in intensive care, he learned of the ticket. "His reaction was dazed and confused. I was a little angry," said McDonald. The other man also was cited for jaywalking, while the pickup driver was cited with careless driving that led to injury. Sullivan said the two elderly women haven't been cited but the investigation is ongoing.

Yeah.. i do my best.. he doesn't want me to turn out like he did as a kid.. everyone tells him tho that although i may look like him.. im a helluva lot smarter than he was as a kid and it makes him happy.. so i try to continue to prove it everyday and make him proud... every birthday and fathers day i always make him a homemade card rather than buying home... he appreciates it so much more

ive seen my dad cry 4 times... once the first time he saw me when i was born.. (video of him with me)... when i practiced for football.. over a movie that reminded him of his uncle who raised him and passed away months before i was born.. and on monday.. yeah my dad wasnt there when i was born because the job that he got hurt at.. well the day i was born happened to be his first day there. (i was late so they didnt know i was gonna be born).well the hospital called and told them but they didnt tell my dad until after he got off work... he was so fucking pissed....

Yeah, legally we did. It took almost 5 years to get a settlement and we went through 4 lawyers.. They kept trying to offer him 40k and they lawyers would say take it.. and this was without covering medical expenses either... finally on the 4th lawyer he was able to get $150 grand, medical expenses paid, paid for him to go to school and it was all a lump sum. And at the time since my dad hadnt been working the house we were renting.. lived there for almost 4 years.. always paid rent on time, we were late on one payment and we got the boot.. So we moved and where we moved there were 2 houses and a 8-10 bay garage.. only 4 true bays but size wise 8-10... and we lived in the back house and the property owners lived up front. He got the settlement close to the end of 98 and the owners happened to be moving and sold us the entire 1 acre property for 60k.. we remodeled the front and its where we still live.. That was about the only good thing that came out of it.. Sadly he still could have gotten more money but he was tired of fighting
