  1. Thought I would keep this thread going every time I made an advance with the Jimmy. Added 2 more SAZ4500D's and 6 more batteries and got a new score. Took home the IASCA Advanced No-wall 2 championship home at Spring Break Nationals!!! Final score was a 158.2 Legal. More to come! Did this score outside of the vehicle with lower voltage and some pretty stiff recones. Might be doing some testing later this week. Will keep everyone posted. 160 or bust!!
  2. I might be picking up the mmats 2100.1 pretty cheap. Does anyone know the specs on the amp? (4ohms-2ohms-1ohm rms)
  3. Heeeeeeyyyy..... There he is! Where have you been ole pal??! I bet you been changing some diapers! Seriously, its been a while.
  4. I will tell you one tip that could help- charge your batteries before an event! I get picked on for doing it all the time but seriously you could gain 2 tenths or more.
  5. Mine is subs up- port back. Bandpass would be a great choice if you have the room.
  6. Thanks Charles. Slam Session looks like it will be shaping up to be another great show!
  7. Well, sorta.. Using some old style RE MT magnets/baskets and Sundown Nightshade Softparts (5 spiders!) Can't wait to get over to Jacobs shop and hopefully try out the NS V2's!
  8. Finally did a show where i could showcase a little of what the jimmy could do on music. Went and competed in this past weekend's Street SPL competition in Lumberton NC. Huge turn out at the show. Over 42 competitors were there with well over 100 people! They use a Term Lab sensor placed at the head rest and another one at the center of the windshield. Did a 155 on the dash and a 151 at the head rest. Was playing "Put On" the entire time. Check out the video.
  9. Looks like you could give me a run for my money in IASCA Advanced No-wall 2!! great numbers with your equipment!!! You will gain about a half of a db to 1 db on the official IASCA meter.
  10. Was pretty excited today when I got my vehicle ready to do an Outlaw/Hardcore run (sensor in the kick and drivers door being fanned), and it was the best yet! I have not done this in over a year, and figured it was time. I am gearing up for the Joshua Spark's NSPL and IASCA event. I also gained a tenth sealed on the dash by deadening the rear doors. Good day of testing!
  11. Yea, that was some good fun. Amazing how hot it was, and still did that number.
  12. So I did some testing at Scott's house today and we tried a few things different. Some old and some new, and the results were very positive! 1st burp revealed a 157.3! this is sealed on the dash with Term-Lab. Think I have a few more things that I can try to get a few more tenths. Looks like I will be able to get that consistent 157 now that I was looking for. Here are some pics from today. Was hot as balls outside for sure!
  13. And so it begins! The fight for second place to Raymond's school bus! Never thought I would be saying that.. ha ha.
