Thanks man. No thats my stock one. I had to send the pioneer back. It started making a small hiss too. Im switching away from pioneers now. I ordered 2 sets of mb quart comps to go with my 50.4 and a kenwood excelon single din again.

I just want it sealed up tight. Never seams to have hurt anything. Even if it could audibly change something I dont think Id ever be able to tell the difference. It is just a Daily box any ways. Well guys. I had to preoccupy my time while I wait on my new componants to get here. So I decided to rebuild My sub enclosure. My last box was 8 cubes net tuned to 33hz. It sounded all good and dandy until I swapped out my 1500d with my 3000d. Once I got soem real power on my subs the lack of bracing started to show and was flexin all over. My subs where also overextending due to the enclosure being to large. So I decided to rebuild it. 6cubes net. 35hz tuned. Subs up twords passenger side. Port back twords driver side. If i like how she sounds Im going to finish it with bed liner again. Enough bull shit. Heres the pics. Tell me what ya think!

I run the kind that make noise. Jk. I here realy good things about those horns mentioned above. Me persanoly iv always ran kickers ks series tweeters. Loud and clean. Just like I liek them.

If you like them hit up craigslist. There every fucking where. But make sure you get the duel2 ohm models so if you run one you can wire it to 4ohms and if u run two then you can wire them together at 2 ohms and put almost 700rms on them.

Buy 1 dual 2 ohm sub and wire it to 4 ohms.

I pounded the fuck out of my 2 cvr 12s with almost 500rms apiece on them and they just came alive. Youl be fine with that little amp on one. If your that worried about over powering it just get the 15".

Also. Volfenhag, duel, audiobahn all sound like ass and couldnt hit harder than sundown e8 at half power. Just save us the headache and you money and buy a cvr 12. Sounds good, gets loud, and looks good doing it for an $80 sub. And those kicker comp subs are shit. Single voice coil and weak as fuck.

If you like cheap flashy and cant understand those simple abreviations you should not be on here asking these questions as you already seem to have your mind set on cheap equipment. I swore after an audiobahn amp burnt up on me that I would but nay thing with chrome or pretty flashing neon lights on it again. Save your money, due your research, spend it on something worth keeping. 0.02

Punch the stearing wheel. lol. I normaly start tapping the passenger side air bag when my light goes off and the g/f freaks out. lol. Learn to live with it. I hate my fuckin ford. You can try to take it and plug it up to a reader then clear the computer but it might just come back. Hope that helps bro.

I dont do it any more. I fucked up my saz-1500d twice and had to send it in for repair because I mounted it to my box. My amps now have a new home on the back of my seat.

No it would definatly help with sound proofing the box and like i said youl notice a smoother sound. I just done think it is worth the extra money (about 40 bucks for a quart of resin and 2 packs of matt) since I go through enclosures like I do underwear. If you do it get the clth though and just cut squares to cover each wall. It will come out some much easier than trying to put chop down.

I did a single layer of chop and resin on the inside of my ox and definatly noticed a smoother sound. Im starting a new box build on Wednesday but will not be glassin it as its super fuckin messy and not worth the results to me. Plus it aint cheap. 45s and bracing seem to serve me well enuff. Like I said I did notice a nice smoother sound in the bass though.

Im lovin it mang. Kinda makes me miss my old kickers. Clean and I do meen CLEAN install.

Spend 375 and order a refurb sundown saz-1500d for db-r.com or buy a used one. Cant go wrong either way. Just make sure the equiptment is in good shape when you buy it.
