    no run the lights off a toggle switch. some people dont even use relays to there lights just go straight from your batt to a switch to your lights so you can turn them off during the day or when your driving

    looks like the tuning will be super high and you may have a loading issue but i can only see the bottom pic so i dont know what you have on the inside
