Thats what I used on my old set up. Had 12 gauge on 1500 watts a speaker. Switched to 8 gauge power wire and it got louder.

Search around, look for ppls TL numbers and installs and comments about the subs. You could always go onto youtube and look at each sub in action.

Ehhh, I myself wouldnt use that wire. Id use some regualr wire from Rockford, either 12 or 10 gauge, thatll work fine. And If you just want to test the OHMs of the sub, just throw any gauge wire in there for testing, it really doesnt matter as long as it not a longggg strand of wire thatll throw off the reading.

Hey guys, Names Brad. Im 19. From Michigan. Joined when I had a 3200 watt system in my taurus. Two cvx 12s and a very bad box , hit 134 dbs on my priciples db meter about 5 feet away from my car lol. Deff couldve got more if I had a good box. Now I have an f150 with just an sq set up right now. But after seeing all these builds, looks like Im gonna be getting rid of my rear seats this summer and subbin it out! Steve, your part of the reason Im so into this stuff. My mom hates it , but I love it. Ive always had the loudest system around. Car shows and all, I always slap the loudest. Ive learned well from ya! Once the weather gets warm here in MI, hopefully Ill be starting my build.

Not the craziest riders ever. But for just being guys like you and me...pretty impressive. Dude on the dark blue yamaha was getting them wheelies pretty good. Guy in turquoise has balls for trying a highchair wheelie at that speed , but hes gotta get up to his balance point so he doesnt rev out. Not putting them down, they do have some pretty good skills...props! I myself stunt and know what its like to do all this shit. Time is key! We alllll get better!

I used to have a taurus with 2400 watts in it. Have you added another battery? I poped the voltage regulator once and that wasnt cheap! I think subs up would be louder in your car also. But nice!

Mid 40hz is where your going to get spl. Tuned your box to say...43hz...play a 43hz tone...theres your spl..

False the voltage regulator keeps the car at a steady voltage without your system on. It ...well...regulates the voltage lol. Keeps batteries from over charging , but also keeps them at peak voltage when not in high current draw from them.

Got clocked at 163 in a 60 on my bike! I think its pretty stupid that you have to go to jail for speeding. I mean , all my shit is legit, I was just having fun. BTW the charger cop cars around here are supercharged...didnt know that!
