damn that sucks man. when my ballast went out they wouldnt even turn on so.....yeah give them a call and hoepfully they can replace it.

did you get a RELAY with the HID kit? if you DIDNT sometimes only one of the headlights will turn on or try to turn on "flicker" when you turn your headlights on. i had that problem with mine, i didnt get a realy and i had to wait a week for it. then after that they started right up. hope this helps. I work at DISCOUNT TIRE and its partially true.... Heres the deal, the reason they say it could mess up your transfer case (all AWD vehicles) is b/c if you have different "thread" left on your tires or different size tires, the computer will send more power towards on tire more than the other. And over time it could damage you transfer case. Its alittle hard to explain, but personally I think its BS, ASLONG as they are the same size tire and on the same axle there should be a problem.

i have the 10k and i put them in my old headlight assembly and they looked really blue. I bought new headlight assemblys with the same hid bulbs and they look white
