    Why waste the time and effort to hand wind each coil individually. When you can buy them from companies that make them in a matter of minutes, for a couple dollars. Not worth it, imo. But, if your a hand wound coil pioneer, more power to you bro.

    No company hand winds their own coils. LOL I hope your joking. There's specific companies that use machinery to make the coils on formers, and they distribute them to the sub makers.

    That 15" 4 w/ 5 coils on a crescendo - same exact setup in a suv. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nQOwDE24coA Sub got stinky really quick. Box is 3.25cu @ 34hz. Try not to rise a few thousand ohms ! LoL

    Why compare 12" to 15"s ? Obvious differences are obvious. I won't compare, incomparable subs but, I will say that 15" gets respectably loud for what it is

    Mechman because all three alts I bought from him arrived in 3-4 days and he kept me informed with my order/ updates. NOT DC because it took 6 months and calling twice every week for me to get to finally get some basic GM AD 244 alts. Nightmare customer service.. in my experience
