4 cubes? thats it? what car do you have? if you can find another cube you could do two 12"s. i mean if you can fit external ports you must have more room.

i vote you cut up that box lol. i mean test it as it is like everyone already said. but if you think it should be louder, sound better, or you just think you could have made the box better, go ahead and remount the subs in the same box and test it. if its better sub and port back you could add a second "baffle" to the top to cover the holes and make the box stronger. i would obviously recommend you build a new box after but that is a cheaper option that will work and get you your answer.

that will work with 150amp fuses. BUT you have this nice thick 2/0 wire that you are putting a very small bottle neck on. i would get a 300amp just for better current flow.

a pair of RE SX 12"s on the 2200 would be a great little SQL setup. IDQs on the 1200 would sound amazing but wont be all that loud (142db ish). level 3s on the 1200 might get a little louder and still sound good.

uh... 3 12"s = 339 square inches of cone area. 1 18" = 254. so i dont know how you get "twice as much air". plus the XXX has a shit ton of xmax. easily 2x as much as the CVX. what are the power limits? as much as it can take for 1 burp? RMS only? most power itll take daily?

only under the passenger seat? so all the drums and lower notes will all sound like they are on the right? i dont think thats going to sound very good lol. but for your rca's... if you split anything you will loose left and right. if you can go from your HU it wont matter about 2v or 7v because thats what the gain is for.
