i really like what drew has in his sig.

i always got annoyed with the names being in a circle with something in the middle. just a weird personal thing. but i dont know if the names would fit under "team flex" unless the name was really small. maybe itll fit together really nice though. hope we have some one that'll make images of all the ideas for us lol.

ya, i figured the froun would be the flex and the breaking you all have would be the effect. just like prestons roof lol. sticker might get a little long with - team flex effect "name".

i guess i was thinking "flex effect" in a froun curve with the name under/inside it. but i havnt seen much of the ideas for this other than the sigs you guys have. can some one make a thread with the pictures of sticker ideas?

things can get too crazy too fast online. we need to save any arguements or serious topics for meetings as much as possible.

i like this idea. maybe we can get our names/nicknames with each sticker. kind of like a jersey. if we just need vinal stickers i know a couple people that have the stuff to make them. i can have them b4 the next comp.

its not a "no" we just cant vote yes to a guy we dont know. we arnt joining your crew, we are merging crews. we dont have 2 differant groups, we now have one team and we have to work as a team to do what's best for the team. at some point we have to enact this system of approving new members. why not do it now? otherwise i could just say that all of my friends can join and who's to say i can't do that? or if we bring your friend on now just because he is your friend then later i want to invite my friend but maybe you vote "no". is that fair? it'll get too out of hand. now this is a VERY new team and i'm sure no one will say he cant join. i just think we need to start an approval process and why not now? it really is the most fair way of doing things. yes i only have a couple posts on here but i have over 700 on ca.com. so its not like i just started car audio yesterday. i have been on competition paintball teams and many of them fell apart because of stupid little things. i do know what it takes for a team to do well and i dont want to see this fall apart over nothing b4 it even gets started. i made a post introducing myself out of respect for you that dont know me. no reason for this to turn nasty. at some point the rules must be made and followed. doing it now it will be the most fair way to go. lets not get ahead of ourselfs. lets just meet, have a nice day at a BBQ and see how it goes.

hey guys. i am jason. i'll tell you a little about me and my car. subs: 2x 12" RE SX sub amp: autotek mx5000 front stage: pioneer 720prs rear stage: pioneer revs (i finaly blew one of them lol) mid/high amp: alpine pdx150.4 wattage: about 3000watts electrical: big3 in 1/0, mechman 250amp alt battery: stock up front, batcap 800 and optima yellow top in back i used to have IDQ12v3's in my car on 1000 watts. i went to one comp last year with that system and got 1st place in db drag street b. i am building a fiberglass box that is in working order, in my car. it might be painted this weekend. its about 4cuft, tuned to 35hz. the new system has not been metered yet. stupid because i have a meter lol. i am guessing i can at least hit 145. i have the same user name on CA.com if you guys have any questions for me or want to get to know me, shoot me a pm any time. ps. wow preston.... we need to get you some help buddy lol.

honestly my 1st thought was the same as prestons. its not an ego thing. we are just starting this thing and half of us dont know eachother. we havnt even met yet and we have a vote for a new member. lets have the meeting, build a good foundation for a team, then worry about new members. i can not vote "yes" for someone i know nothing about. in fact it would be unfair if i did. but i cant vote "no" either for the same reason. lets just tell him to hold on, we will have our meet and get things settled, then worry about new members. lastly, i dont believe preston have a big ego yet. this is a forum, it's too easy to asume the tone another person is using. some things can be taken the wrong way a lot of times. so once again i agree with preston, we cant vote "yes" untill we know him.
