  1. You can have it tested by Advanced/Auto Zone... if it doesnt work and it's a Powermaster just give them a call and you can have it repaired. If it's not a Powermaster we can still repair it under the rebuild program.
  2. haha... this is true Mike. I think it was just a test to see how long it would take me to answer
  3. haha... what do peas and pods have to do with alts and batteries I assume your alt is still getting the job done? See you at CES!
  4. If you drive the vehicle everyday, not using an isolator will be ok. When you mix flooded batteries with sealed batteries they tend to self discharge faster because of the difference in chemistries and resting voltages... if you let the vehicle set for long periods of time (days/weeks at a time) they will drain each other.
  5. Chances are your alt isnt big enough to replinish what you pull from the battery with the system/accessories. If the batt floats down from 12.8v to 11.9v overnight then it's definately either weak, or needs to be float charged. You should be able to fully charge it and it should hold 12.6-12.8 for at least a few weeks in cool weather...
  6. no idea... you might try calling rockfor tech...
  7. Thanks Steve! I will try to make it by often to answer any questions anyone may have.
  8. hate to split hairs, but this is incorrect. A more realistic competitor for the Redtop would be the KHC1800... The amp number given on the Kinetik is not it's CCA value...
  9. If you have a 16v alt, and your amp will handle up to 18v, then you can use voltage step down modules to charge the front batt and run the 12v components. Check PN 993 at the bottom of the page: http://www.powermastermotorsports.com/16v_...ry_charger.html
  10. http://store.summitracing.com/egnsearch.as...+115+4294769489 XS Power D680 = same size as KHC600 XS Power D925 = same size as Odyssey PC925 XS Power D975 = same size as KHC800 If I were choosing between the D925 and D975, I'd go with the D925
