    personally, i would say tune at about 22-25 Hx for daily...which should give nice comp...mine is tunes to 33 but the car loves 46. I would probably port off the back, a wall could be nice.

    tightbond II, one big port, 45 whatever you want, make the inside smooth, and route the port edges.....and have fun...dont get angry if you dont like the first box...just build another

    ha..i might...but with the proper electrical, proper box with a seconf Sub, and a second HF1000, I think I would be in the 150+ club..just my thoughts though from what my car does now. and then no more cracked dash...more like NO dash.

    exactly...that is why Pontiac will no longer be in production because they don't want the Gov. to F up their name....( not really) yes...an think I have been thinking to get a second and strap em sometime next season...

    ha ha ha....thats awesome....wellatleast you got friends that try to look out for ya. I went with one of those "no name" companies for my amp and I love it...it was the best choice I had made I believe in a while....my car might argue that, but.... **Diablo audio Pounds** give them a look if you are in the search of an amp.

    the diablo 1000 is I believe, $499, David and Bill are great people to deal with. You can check out their section on here or their website (it is under construction right now though) Sub wise...most anything can be made to sound good with the proper box. I agree do some research...see what subs people say are better in a certain box, size, cost, power handleing, .... then make a decision.. what ever you decide should be from your own opinion....

    well luckily...my dash has 2 parts and it was the part the was againts the windshiild that cracked....now it rattles like worse the an older box chevy with no sound deadening

    Well, I was driving home from work....and trying to find some bass boxing music...and well...my dash decided to crack. I am lost dont know if I should be excited or pissed. HA HA hmmmmm

    you should look into the Diablo audio Hellfire 1000 for them it should be plenty for the lvl3s it does well over rated power. It is what I run and recommend edit..it is a little more than the 250 price you mention...
