yea I think 3515's would be the best here, but only if you can get right box in, I know you have a lot of space, but still.. as goes for bats, you will need to find someone else, i'm not from the states, so I can't help you there I think it would be good if you would make a list, and see where you stand at

I don't know about prices you'll get, but I would look at (and also I can only say for DD) you get 2-3 good battery's(kinetic2400 or even better XS3100's), some HU that has 4V preouts, something like alpine 9886 or similar... 2x 9518 and depends on how crazy you wanna go, 1 or even better 2 M4's or z2alv, at least 2 sets of 6.5's, something like A4 or C4b, maybe c2b instead...if your really wanna go crazy, and price won't be too bad, go for 4x 3515 instead of 9518's... I think you will have to ask how much it would everything cost...or what you would like also if you would take all from DD, you could it at good price, since you be runnig all DD what do you think, something don't like?
