  1. good friend of mine has a box for a pair of alpine type r 12s designed by this guy. he's running them @ 1 ohm off a kenwood 1800 (that we all know isn't putting out 1800 watts) and I'm a believer in Pete's work. soon as I get ahold of a tablesaw i have blueprints from him for my blazer and my two TC epic 8's.. Nice little 6th order. He has a pair of DD z series 12s in that car now.
  2. always hard to tell from video, but it sure as hell looks beastly for a 12.
  3. on the one hand.. maybe that was all completely unnecessary. on the other... dude might have just saved a life. i'm much more likely to just steal someone's keys, but that does seem pretty effective.
  4. Not bad.. good job on the door panels as well from what I can see. If you actually live in franklin county, you're probably within an hour of me. Next time you end up in the Murfreesboro/Nashville area I want a demo..
  5. ...That actually scared the crap out of me when the frog went at the thumb... I jumped. Also, that's hilarious.
  6. [description] Christmas gift.. testing it out while waiting for my PWK blueprints... Artist: Lacuna Coil Just in case you wondered: Dual 2-ohm coils 500wrms 2kw peak xmech 32.7mm (wasn't hitting that here) Running off the rear two channels of a Polk PA500.4 bridged @ 4 ohms.. 400+wrms (200+ per rear channel @2 ohms each) Vehicle is a 1995 Chevy Blazer 4dr [/description] This is, as far as I've been able to tell, the only video of a TC Epic 8 on youtube... It's just running off my PA500.4 with the rear channels bridged. Not sure of the actual wattage but I'd imagine somewhere between 300 and 500. I can't find much for details or video of this little speaker anywhere, but from what I've seen so far I'm pretty damn impressed. Oh.. don't bother looking at any more of my videos. Most of them have nothing to do with car audio.
