    that box seems small to me as well, but as stated before there could be several problems...Im gonna lean towards clipping as the #1 issue though.

    Rd audio studio 12s would be pretty nasty!! http://www.rdaudio.net/studio/studio.htm even know you have roughly 1200 watts to work with the sonance are pretty damn loud woofers as well...I run them personally!!
