  3. shit i'm drunk as all shit. shit. fuck i got in trouble with the po po. found out my license is suspended. eh...suspended as of yesterdaya. got me for that and expired insurance. son of a bitche. i did come down stairs to fin da copy of crysis tho so i'm happy for that. how am i gonna get to work? i;ll figger that out in ter merninin. g'nite. zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
  4. as mentioned above, it depends on volume. 1 10"? or 8 10's? i read on here for SPL they got the best results from a little box with a big port. so if that's the case then you'd wanna go on the higher end of sq inches for port. of course it's not limited to 12-16 sq inches tho. that's where testing and testing and testing comes into play. but to answer your question: 8" - 12 sq inches 10" - 13 sq inches 12" - 14 sq inches 15" - 15 sq inches 18" - 16 sq inches

    8's

lol true. but the box can be more versatile, and i bet he could get louder. plus...the 8's are just so darn cute

    8's

i would say yes. you'll have more cone area, possibly more power (if you go with 6). i went from 4 15's to my E8's and i'm not lookin back
  7. i've been under the influence that it was generally the same for all? my 8's have 12 sq inches of port per cubic foot.
  8. differences in output. if a port is too small...it could cause some port noise since it causes the air to 'squeeze' through. like pinching a straw and trying to drink out of it.
  9. ooooooooooh i wanna go there regardless. once i get my stuff in ima need to check on shows hardcore cuz i dont wanna miss any
  10. gonna be at the columbus show on the 27th? it's a meca show
  11. my ex gf's dad works down in that area. the president of like...a chain of 12 wendys down there or somethin. we should have a KY meet and all try to meet at a good central spot or somethin
  12. shit man! nice truck. there's a good number of KY guys here. whereabouts is shelbyville? i live in alexandria, up close to cincinnati ohio EDIT: just mapquested it...about 2 hours from me
  13. sounds like a fun event. wish the local shop that does em around here did em more often like that. he does em every couple months
  14. general rule of thumb is 12-16 inches of port per cubic foot. so depends on how big you're making the box
  15. smirnoff black cherry with vault. mt dew might be ok too since they're similar but i love me some vault. it's damn delicious
  16. yeah for the price, i'd go with one of the 3 ISO mentioned above. they'll work fine as starter batteries also.
  17. i like 1 day. and watch this. but yeah i like this one too. i like a lot of plies i was gonna say that song too flashlight
  18. they're a weird kind of humor, i will agree with that. but i like em for some reason lol
  19. sorry not everyone on earth sees things at the same time :tease: along with most of the people here :
  20. i got both of mine from low-hz.com. their site also has a list of dealers you can contact
  21. i also say rebuild and do it ported. you'll get more output that way. the output you get is mostly what's in the install. so you could get way over your expectations with a ported box, or you might be less satisfied. but imo it's worth a try and definitely the cheaper way to go
  22. didnt like the first one at all. second one was executed much better
