  1. Yo steve, i didnt catch anywhere in the thread as to why you chose RE over Fi. Is it because you won't be driving it that often so the cooling features werent neccesary? Have there been any updates?

  11. Alright. I'm heading a different path w/ my system so it's gotta go. 15" RE Mt dual 2. Reconed and only given 900 watts. There is a smudge from the glue just above the RE logo from the recone. Does not mess up the RE logo at all... or the performance lol. I really want to trade this for a kicker zx1500.1 and a 80 gig ipod. I also have Halo 2 (xbox) and Call of Duty 3 (360) to throw in as well and maybe a little cash for both. If you have either the amp/ipod LMK and we can work something out.   12. Ok, some of you have seen my post about my civic going south on me. I've been pondering some ideas for my next car and here's what I've come up with. I have a friend selling a 93' civic eg hatch w/ a ls motor swap w/ 90k on the motor, carbon fiber hood, CF mirrors, 1.5 inch lowering springs, pwr windows, pwr locks and I can have it painted whichever color I'd like... He's selling it for $3500. Now I have to decide whether I want to pick up this car and have it paid off or look into a new 4 door truck or SUV (ex. Colorado, Explorer, F-150, 07' Civic/Accord) which will have payments. I figure the newer vehicle will have longer payments which means no audio for a while but may end up being a better investment down the road. If I got the hatch however I'd be hookin' it up phat as a solid DD groundpounder. Now I'm in need of advice, Civic hatch vs. New Car. Make your choice and state why, If you vote for the new car, post which car you'd choose. Thanks Andrew

  15. Yea it's odd that it's not vtech from what ive heard. I bought it used and about 3 months after the purchase I started seeing signs of where it was crashed before I bought it. Whoever attempted the repair job did a chitty job because the hood's slightly offset, the driver side headlight clamps are broken, the front fender is also offset to where I cant even remove the headlamp if I were to choose so. I guess it was the excitement of buying my first car that rushed me into the purchase. Thats where I sit w/ my predicament. I've had this car for 2 years and it lasted me through highschool and it may just be time for a new one. Repairs just dont even seem worth it anymore. I guess I'll just drive this one until I have the cash for a new crx or civic, or it dies
  16. Like I said. I can't put my finger on it to see exactly what it is. Theres really no way I'm going to take it to honda and let them do it because I totalled up everything I'd need to do it myself and it turned out to be roughly 800. So theyre charging me like 2200 for labor lmfao
  17. Its just that the acceleration sucks, 1st through 5th I can always feel it like it wants to cut out. Also something that was weird is that when I don't have on my seatbelt, the seatbelt light will be dim until i accelerate to about 3k rpms and then it will become bright again. Also when I'm sitting in the parking lot on my break at work, I hear a weird almost like a rattling noise coming from the engine.
  18. I'm 95% that the rotor was replaced on the car w/ the starter, and sparkplugs. I just really want this fixed so I can get on to the new system
