if i run my amp at 1 ohm according to the specs on Audioque it would be 510X1 @ 4 ohm, 870X1 @ 2 ohm, 1200X1 @1 ohm

thanks guys, i still have to try and talk to my parents about it considering i will have to sell all my old stuff to get money to pay it off... i have the money but like i said no job and i gotta pay for some stuff. but keep the suggestions coming.. and most likely on the one sub i would do sub and port foward. Good or no? Yes i do plan on it because i just bought a Aq1200D and it is at 2 ohms right now

I have been wanting to upgrade my sub lately, but today i had the idea since money is not really permitting to me (no job right now) if i sold my current system and went with the audioque HDC312. Would the one subs off 1000rms in a ported box would be louder than the 2 kenwood 12's that i have now in a sealed box? I know the 2 12's have more cone area and all. please help me out lol thanks in advance

yeah i know lol but damn like i didnt even notice it until today when i was standing outside my car. It makes everything rattle inside (although sometimes change is annoying)

I was happy with my system only running 170 watts to each sub, but now that i bought the audioque 1200D i am evenhappier with it. When you have the door open and your standing like 3 feet away it will vibrate your pants. and this is in a sealed box. I really hope that i can get the motivation to make a ported box, because i can only imagine how much better it will sound.

i saw someone elses pic of theirs and it seemed like it was a couple of months ago. i just learned about Aq from crump and i did not know i figured maybe that had it before and stopped making it i have no clue. lol It would be interesting to hear why that is on there.

im no expert but most people will say like the first week or two that you have them play them soft. dont just go banging on the right out of the box. When i first got mine i only played on volume like 20 out of 35 until the got broken in. May not be very helpful but my experience.

well everyone the new video is uploading right now but youtube takes forever on my computer so it might be like 4:30 before its up... did the same song for comparison. If i have any free time within the next few days i might make on with another song that i forgot about but sounds good to me

i agree i am amazed at how much of a difference they made just by a new amp pushing them to their fullest

sorry guys didnt check this for a few days.. i just got the amp installed and working tonight due to some problems ran into during install i will try and get a new video afterschool tomorrow same song and all just for comparision.. i will say it is alot louder
