Just curious which would take more abuse the sundown or the obsidian with the October sale the price difference is only like $12 shipped to me. I do a lot of tailgating where it gets played at moderate level for 4-6 hrs. Also give a bunch of demos during that time where with alcohol in me I sometimes get out of hand

Will their be recone options coming in with this order to upgrade v1 to v2 and how much will that be. I am trying to decide if I should sell my 2 and get 4 or get 2 and recone 2.

Is the V2 going to be combatable with the V1 motor so you could do a recone and basket to become a V2 or is that all new as well?

I got a set last time and they are still going strong so I would def recommend Mike.

Just currious anybody know what will happen if you have a mono block amp with 4 speaker terminals and your sub is wired at 2ohms off the back of your enclosure and instead of running one positive and negative to one of the sets of terminals you run two sets of positive and negative and use all 4 terminals. Will the amp see a 1ohm load 4ohm load or will it be unchanged and stay at 2ohms

That would not sound real great in that big of a box you can go a little bigger since your going to under power them 2.0 cuft probably be best you could fit 4 in a 3cuft box but you'd also need another 1000 watts 2 of the 10s might be a good deal for you as well.

I built mine for my truck it's smaller than required to get the right tuning but I think it is .5 cuft with a 24" long 3" port had to double baffle to have clearance for it

That's right my prots stick out like 8" the lower the frequency the longer the port looks goofy as hell but awsome sound is more important than good looks haha
