These are the MAX length and width dimensions(the 31" mark is actually 24" if measured from the top of the seat! but I think it can go about 4 inches more anyway), the height MAY go higher than that mark on the head rest (24") if necessary. I dont know much about ports and tuning so whichever direction you wanna face everything is fine with me. Also materials you think would be best are nice.
