Couple things: I thoroughly enjoy the hell out of this car and will drool over it for lots of time to come. But your choice in HID kit has me wondering a little. I know that the Tahoe has FutureVision stuff in it, so why not this? Or Morimoto, etc. Especially on a car that has a higher luxury appeal. That and ALL of the other equipment (Intake/Exhaust/Electrical/Audio/Wheels/Tint) is all from super high quality vendors and suppliers. My $0.02. I love the car but just wonder about that HID kit in it.

Early NS v.3 Pics

Damn, a carbon cap on my SA8 would be the business. That sub looks dangerous though. Dangerous to windows, door latches, rearview mirrors, interior trim pieces... -
See above post. I've been building PCs for years so no scrub mistakes were made, and I'm using Scythe S-FLEX and Noctua fans. It's in a Corsair 650D which is kinda big, and I was wondering if hitting the inside panels with some SS would make a change. Stuff like the hard drive isn't going to be made any more quiet.

Your first computer - what was it?
S15_Silvia replied to meade916's topic in Computer Talk - News, technology, advice
First computer I paid for myself was an indigo iMac G3 500MHz. Good times back then. -
Regardless of whether or not the 4ga kit is OFC, the current carrying ability of a conductor is a function of both its cross-sectional area and its length. Get the length short enough and you could run some serious current through something really small. Like my overclocked desktop CPU that manages to draw 30-40A or something, with TINY little internal conductors. Also, since the CE 4ga kits are good for up to 150A, he wouldn't be popping its fuse with that amp all the time anyway. So what I'm really saying is, with the amp, wire gauge, wire length, and fusing at play, everything is going to be fine with that kit.
