    Hey guys, Just need an answer real quick. I know the recommended enclose for a ported box is 3 cu. ft. My question is will the sub be ok in 2.75 cu. ft.? The sub will be seeing around 850-900 watts. I used torres calculator and got diminsions for the 3 cu. ft box. Box is being built tomorrow, so if 2.75 cu. ft will work I can use the torres calculator to figure out the new diminsions. Thanks Brad

    Isnt that the truth, though? I lived in indiana my whole life, moved to florida for 3 yrs, when winter would roll around ppl always got out the long sleeves, it was shorts and t-shirts for me as well, and now I just moved back to indiana in august, and am going back to florida for a week in feb! I cant wait to get out of the cold now!

    I dont think he is a member anymore, its a pretty old build log...hdorre I think he did, the subs were facing up, and the ports were facing towards inside the cabin

    Hey guys I need some help finding a build log, I went through 30 pages of the members build/show off thread, I also cant seem to get the search to work on the mobile site on my phone. The build log was of a four door altima with 2 15" rockford fosgate t2's. The box was ported with 2 6" external aero ports I believe. I hope that is enough info. Thanks

    If youre running both at the same time, 2 dual 4 ohm subs cant be wired to 2 ohms, its either 1 ohm or 4 ohm http://www.the12volt.com/caraudio/woofer_configurations.asp?Q=2&I=42#results Check out this link

    You can wire both subs together then hook them up to the amp to get a 1 ohm load

    Should be ok, but I would be careful with setting gains, the type r's are only rated 500 watts rms I believe

    If its dual 4 ohm, you shouldnt have any problem running it at 2 ohms just hook + to +, - to - on the sub, then run + from sub to + on amp and - on sub to - on amp

    I was checking out the dimensions on these two batteries on your website, the height and width have measurements I can understand, but the length is throwing me off...for the d2700 the site shows a length of .22 inches...is this a mistake on the site? I plan an measuring where the battery goes in my car and need to know the length. Thanks
