Boss is a flea market product. You get what you pay for. -
what does this mean?

Yes, those are fast speeds. The first number is your download and the second is your upload. The higher the number the better. I've got 15M x 15M fiber connection at my house. I can get up to 50M x 50M but I don't need all that. -
$125 is a cool price for that. Definitely pick it up.

How much do they want for it?

Might be picking up a Jetta
melonhead replied to k3n12ock's topic in Off Topic - Random, Misc posts - the forum "Junk Drawer"
Good luck with it. If you're getting it from a mechanic, hopefully he's fixed all the problems that model had. 2000 - 2002 had notorious problems with the check engine light coming on and with them leaking oil. I know because I had not 1 but 2 2002 Jetta's and each one had a problem. One of my Jetta's was manufactured in Mexico and that one leaked oil like a mofo and the other Jetta was manufactured in Germany and that one the check engine light kept popping on. My uncle is a service rep at Jetta dealership and his shop couldn't fix either car for me. They even consulted with VW engineers and still couldn't fix them. -

I think he goes in the next week or so. -
I know what you mean. I paid a little over 2 g's for this tv plus the stand. I hope I don't have a problem selling it "broke" if I end up trying to get rid of it. I know I wouldn't buy a used TV unless I seen it work. I'll try to sell it to friends, family, and co-workers first. If I can't sell it there then I may make a post here if someone wants it local. If not then it's craig's list and I hate craig's list.

lol It all depends on how much I get back on taxes. I've got a list of shit that I've had to put out money for in the last couple months that's broken or needed repair and with my luck everything breaks at once. It's not even funny. Either way I need a TV so depending on how much I get back I'll just fix the one I have now and buy a new one next year or shell out the money now.

Oh yeah it is. It's only 1080i, 60hz refresh rate, 1 hdmi port (I had to buy an hdmi switch). If I can remember correctly, at the time 1080p was just getting started so there were only a handful of TV's that supported it. Plus I had to buy the matching stand to go with it. So if I get a new TV I'll be mounting it on my wall which will give my kids some more room to mess around in the living room.

I might be purchasing a new TV since the lamp on my current tv burned out. Not sure if I want to pay $200 for a new lamp on a 4 year old TV or purchase a new TV with updated technology. If I do, I'm looking at the Vizio 47 and 55 inch LED LCD TV's. They've gotten great reviews and other companies can't compare for the price. I know Vizio started off as a low end brand but they have made a come up. I've always purchased Sony TV's but these Vizio's are hard to pass up for the price. 55 inch http://www.samsclub.com/shopping/navigate....amp;pCatg=14489 47 inch http://www.samsclub.com/shopping/navigate....amp;pCatg=14489

http://www.bestbuy.com/site/iPod-MP3-Acces...reInventoryLink It says they are available online only. I don't mind spending the extra money because I have Best Buy gift cards and need to use them up so it's not my money I'm spending. lol -
Need help with 80GB ipod classic
melonhead replied to melonhead's topic in Computer Talk - News, technology, advice
Ok looks like I found it. I punched in the model number off of the ipod and and it gave me a list of what I need. Best Buy sells Lenmar batteries too so this is what I exactly needed. Now I just need to find someone who has a kit that can open it. http://www.lenmar.com/staples.com/ -
Need help with 80GB ipod classic
melonhead replied to melonhead's topic in Computer Talk - News, technology, advice
Yep did that already several times. I already tried different cables. I've tried charging it on the mobile charger instead of my computer. Even the ipod cable on my deck won't charge it. All troubleshooting has been done. The battery needs to be physically replaced.
