  2. YAY 4 BANGERS!!!! I have a 80ish one in my Hyundai lol dont feel bad. new alt is where its at if your lookin for more than 1kW. cause im almost past that and my headlights like to dim on sweeps and burps like crazy. musics fine though.
  3. I think if you lived within like 25miles of a city someone... everyone... would find out and that car would be on bricks like it had been sitting in Queens NY or Center city Philly for 10 hours. lol I think I would try, yay 1mil for me!!!!!
  4. that blue makes me uber jealous glad that nothin was seriously terribly damaged. way to roll with the punches Steve.
  5. honestly, one of the subs has to be bad or one of your connections are bad. If the amp/hu/old subs worked. but now with amp/new&old hu/new subs dont work its gotta be the new subs. possibly a mismatched coil in your order. (if one of them is a 2ohm sub your gonna get below 1ohm and amp=unstable)
  6. If I'm understanding you right, then yeah. that should be 1ohm.... My guess is either a problem with the rca outs on the headunit end or the input on the amp. was the amp/headunit brand new?
  7. according to the specs i just looked up the amp should be fine down to 1ohm. double check the wiring of the subs to make sure its correct. There are plenty of wiring guides around to show you what it should look like. basically you should have two pairs wired in parallel and then those wired in parallel together. (4/2)/2=1
  8. I'm reportin yo ass u stupid bot.

  9. Just wrap the whole box in some 19.7oz '1st Quality' 2x2 Twill Weave Carbon Fiber and be done with it :-P 2layers ought to do it haha. only cost u about $300 But seriously, I'd go with the dowel rods and glass. i'm sure it will be more than enough if you're strategic in your build design
  10. cheapest one is $649 lol.... immma whip out my credit card...... nevah!!!!! :hairtrick:
  11. I'm going to be getting some of the damplifier pro in the summer so I can do the whole car, but I'm still unsure about the trunk. like, if I have to get the damplifier underneath the welded on structural bars on the lid of the trunk or will getting some deadening material on the lid itself kill the rattle? If this is too confusing I can post some pictures of what I mean over the weekend.
