Directed 1200t wired bridged @ 1 ohm. under Impedance so i had realy bad voltage drop. but i want to build a new enclosure.

Same problem with my h2 i fucked it up having my subsonic playing toward 30-35 hz all day and now its making a pingy noise. idk but it was knocking on lows and i didden't know it till i poped the trunk on a bass test and was like damn. lol much excursion on only 800w.

Also, for the big 3 upgrade i would use 4 ga wire if your only running the stock alt.

I think the FI Q are what you are looking for but prolly not the best bang 4 the buck. also sundown is a very decent amp. if your looking to get one cheap i kno db-r.com has em refurb for a decent price.

yeah my first system was 2 type s alpines and they burned up quick. i had ripped them apart and the voice coil was very small and not much to it at all. had them on a directed 1100d @ 1 ohm lol.

yeah it is going in my celica. the box i am currently running is around 2.5 cu ft. its just tuned to high. thanks alot for the info i will take that into consideratiion while i plan my build. i just always thought using a bigger box you can get alot more output with less wattage. i am prob. going to sell or trade my memphis 16-mc1500 for a 1 ohm stable amp because im throwing about 800 watts too the H2 and it seems to get pretty loud on high notes. im just scared that i am underpowering it. don't wanna blow it.

I've looked @ walmart. The best i've seen was an everstart maxx yellow top or something.

also this is my first time doing a t port ive always used aero ports. i always thought areo ports sounded deeper (lower) idk i've read alot on here and that changed my mind. for this sub should i do a slot or areo.
