  1. That is a Group 34 battery , so the D3400 would be the direct replacement. You may be able to fit a bigger battery in there with some modification.
  2. If you have a 34/78 in there right now, then the D3400 is going to be the same exact physical size as that battery. So, it should fit fine where your current battery is, and the same way it is secured now.
  3. The D6500 should fit in the stock location for you. You can fit any size you want under the hood. I was just talking about in the stock location. Heck just relocate the battery to the trunk area and put a D3100 in there. There are two different battery sizes the 05 Stangs came with. The D1200 would probably be the best fit in the stock location.
  4. We can ship overseas, but the free shipping is only for Cont US orders. If its an 08 or newer then its probably the D1200, but if it is older then its the D3400. If you are running side terminals you will need the iBar kit 551 or 555. No, the cut off is 15%.
  5. Had a few people ask me, but yes the batteries in this deal still carry the 3 year warranty and 90 day return policy as usual.
  6. Yes, we can. Its a pain and takes a little longer, but we will ship it for you to an APO. The word is legs. The discount may get you to buy them instead of kinetik, but the results and performance will be what converts you and keeps you coming back! D3100 in da honda! That would be a D5100R to fit in the stock location.
  7. D1600 $259 D1400 $249 I would recommend just replacing your stock battery with a D3400 (if its for the vehicle in your avatar) and call it a day. Saves you the trouble and money of running a secondary battery and gives you some extra power if you upgrade to a bigger system down the road. If you want to run a secondary battery then you would be better with D925. Yes, $50 deposit when you place your order and the final payment is due no later than December 28th.
  8. If you are talking about the 34/78 yellow top, performance is the main difference. You are putting older technology in the yellow top versus the newer and more efficient technology in the 1200. You will get more instantaneous power with the 1200, but because the 1200 is a smaller battery it will have less capacity. The recharge rate on the 1200 will be better also. If you are looking for capacity then the D3400 would be the option to look at. Same physical size as the yellow top, but a ton more power.
  9. The starting discount will be %10. If we sell 40 or more batteries between the forums then the discount will go to 15% off. Its flat rate of $10 for shipping on multiple battery orders and free shipping on single battery orders if you agree to the terms above. We hit the 15% rate very easily last year, so there is no reason we shouldn't again this year.
  10. D375 $ 99 D545 $ 99 D680 $109 D925 $139 D975 $139 D1200 $180 D5100 $235 D5100R $235 D3400 $239 D2400 $279 D6500 $289 D2700 $299 D3100 $349
  11. XS Power Annual Holiday Group Buy The Group Buy will be on CACO, SMD, and others November 17th to close of business on Monday, December 27th. I will take your orders along with a $50 (non-refundable) deposit to secure your order. The group buy discount will be offered on ALL of our AGM batteries. The VCM, billet hold downs, chargers, and accessories, etc… will not be covered on this group buy. I will update the forums on the number of batteries sold, so everyone will know what discount we are currently at. We will start shipping orders as soon as we hit the 15% discount. Here is how the discount will work: 1-39 batteries sold=10% off internet pricing with a $10 flat charge for shipping/handling except on single battery purchases.** Single battery purchases will receive free shipping.** (D3100's = $324.10 each shipped on multiple battery orders) 40 or more batteries sold=15% off internet pricing with a $10 flat charge for the shipping/handling except on single battery purchases.** Single battery purchases will receive free shipping.** (D3100's = $306.65 each shipped on multiple battery orders) ** $10 flat fee shipping and free shipping will only be offered to those members who include the XS Power logo in their forum signatures. Normal freight charges apply otherwise since each order will ship to an individual location. This will be the ONLY time we will do a Group Buy this year, so if you are on the fence or need to purchase some batteries now is the time!!! Just for an example if the group-buy gets to the 15% discount you could save over $52 a battery!!!! Most of you probably haven't noticed, but the price of lead has been steadily increasing all year, so for 2011 there will be an increase in battery prices from all the major manufacturers. This is a great way to take advantage of the best pricing before the prices increase. All prices for batteries on this group buy will go by today's current battery prices. So, give me a call at 888.497.7693 x1211 and I will take your order and we will get this deal on the way. We hit the 15% off mark easily last year, so there is no reason we shouldn't hit 15% this year. We take PayPal and all major credit cards. XS Power CURRENT DISCOUNT: 15% GET IN WHILE THE SALE IS STILL GOING!!! EDIT: NOW INCLUDED IN THE DISCOUNT IS THE NEW HF1215 12v CHARGER!
  12. Group Buy that is going to start very soon.................... so stay tuned for the details!!
  13. Are you just trying to cut some weight by going with a smaller battery? Your stock battery should be a group 35 battery, and the D5100R would be the replacement for that battery. If you are trying to cut weight and go with a smaller battery, then I would suggest the S1200. The big difference between the 975 and the 1200 is the the 1200 will have more capacity and provide you with more power than the 975.
  14. 4 D975s will actually give you more capacity than the 1 D3100, but as far as your question goes either choice will work fine. Shouldn't see much voltage drop with either choice. As said above you can mix the different size XS Power batteries and not have problems. Make sure and let us know the results!
  15. 1500 watts for competition and 3000 watts per battery for daily is a good estimate to go with.
  16. Depending on the budget and space I would go with at least 2 3400s and one for under the hood. Really depends what we can fit under the hood. If we can get a good sized battery under there then may be able to go with a 6500 in the back and call it a day until he wants to upgrade in the future.
  17. Ok, if you need anything I will try to get back with you on the week of the 8th. If you are at the show make sure and come by.
  18. The D6500 will fit in the stock location and would work out the best for you. A 250amp alt would be $499 plus shipping and will do around 160-170amps at idle and max out around 26-270amps. You could put a D6500 under the hood and a couple in the back with the alt and be good on power.
  19. So, above 2k RPM will it let you adjust up and down the voltage range when you have them all hooked up? The highest reading in the mornings on initial start up never goes above 14.5V?
  20. Just call in and ask for the billing department and they can get you any invoice you need. 888.497.7693
  21. For One alt the VCM kit is $139 shipped. If you want it for multiple alternators, then the Controller, Main Harness, and 1 Alternator Harness is around $148 shipped. Then each extra alternator harness is $24.50 each. The main harness just hooks up to a switched power source (red wire), ground (blk wire), and alt output post (yellow wire)and then plugs into your alternator. For each additional alternator they just plug into the VCM harness and into the secondary alts. With multiple alternator applications it is a must to get the alternators hooked up and running prior to hooking up the VCM. The VCM can not power up the alternators, so the alternators must be running first.
  22. It changes voltage how? When you have a load on it? Does the voltage drop or increase? Is it the voltage on all the alts or just one or two? What is the voltage output on the alternators set at? 15.1 and 15.2 may be past the alternators capability to sustain that high of a voltage output. Tops for the 12V batteries should be 14.9V.
