I need a 2000 watt rms @ 2 ohm or one than can be run at .5 that won't kill my electrical I don't mind having a 2000rms @ .5 ohm but with a stock alt and 2 batts it'll need to be very efficient. cheap/alt nonono, thats like dudes w/dudes it may work, but you will be laughed at and possibly get a disease

but his amp doesn't see watts, it sees amps and an amp has to work to turn those amps into watts and no amp is 100% efficient and when you lower the ohm you lower your efficiency so if you work your way down to .5 ohm your really running inefficient idk the efficiency of that aq amp but i'm sure its quite good, 50-60% is just a low number to keep his voltage up.

more or less watts=volts x amps Amp efficiency means how many of those amps the amp can actually turn into watts

stock alts are known to have some pretty bad output, its not wise to buy an oem alt and expect 160 amps
