what do you guys do about this bar? cut it off or build around it? seems like if it gets cut off the door will just fall.

I think its 45hz impressive.. i like the fact that its musical and puts up those big numbers so far below an astro's typical peak, then again you know what you're doing lol. guess its time to start following this again

they're 18volt versions on a 12v system... will never see 14k

its a musical set-up. josh are those 14k's strap-able? if so just strap the two and run your woofers at 4 ohms if possible.

not sure about liquid nails coming off easily... i've never bothered to try and remove it.

Yea that makes sence but what kind of glue would I use? Only thing I have is jb weld and I think I can glue metal to wood, not sure though. liquid nails should work, has a long dry time i think though.

A lot of people like to make a shell out of 2x4s and then just add the wood to the inside of that. That woul probably be the easiest way if you're not the best at building IMO. I like to use 2x2s on every joining corner inside of the box to add strength to the joints as well.

i would love a better job, hard when everyone wants 6months+ of prior experience... so you can't get any experience. i've been busing for two years at the same place, make 170+ a week off of ~16 hours between min wage and my tip share. i hate the work though... scraping plates

i'm sure you won't get very many responses, unless all the regular jackoffs come in here and tell you that you NEED to build your own box. i have no personal experience, but the box looks nice and probably worth what you'll pay for it in materials... if you could get it for not much above that shipping price, then go for it. sorry i can't give you any real feedback on it :/
