    I live in Iowa too, but snow in Georgia is pretty epic. Driving when it's bad out like that - even for a paycheck - isn't worth it! You could be rear-ended by some dumbass who doesn't take into account the icy road during brake time.

    Oh, it's sealed! lol I checked the measurements against my trunk and it's got plenty of clearance.

    Amp is a Phoenix Gold 15.0:1 which I am unable to find when I search for it. There's also a Farad cap. on the back of the box which is included. The size of the box... 34 in. across, 16 in. deep, and 17 in. tall.

    Okay, thanks for the help! You said you had a small trunk and they fit, right? I mean, they were in a hatchback before, so they should be fine.

    LOL I realized that... Put X instead of R. Oh, and the situation changed... I am being GIVEN 2 15" R's with a 1500 RMS amp. The subs are already in a box. Would 0 gauge wire be excessive? (I'm not sure what model the amp is yet)

    Most, if not all, of Pendulum's songs have some pretty good bass to them. Anyone familiar with this band? In addition, how does it sound on a powerful system?
