Volt meter wiring
RickyFriery97 replied to eric78702's topic in Electrical-battery- Alternators- Wiring
Personally where do you think is the best place to hook it up to? is it the stinger volt meter? i use male/female connectors so i can unplug it if i need to No it's just a voltmeter I bought off of eBay. But the wire is 26 gauge I need something that will fit that. id hook it directly to your amp so you can monitor the voltage at the amp you can get size specific connectors but the smallest ive seen at a advanced or auto parts store is 16 gauge but that will work just fine Also another question I have four different wires I have blue, red, black, and green why? blue would be remote red would be constant 12v black is ground as for green, i have no clue How do I hook up the meter to the amp? red wire in the power input of the amp black wire in the ground input of the amp blue wire in the remote input of the amp -

That's what I'm thinking but I'm not sure how to take them off. If I use a flat head it will mess up the plastic. I tried searching google but couldn't find it yea i know wouldnt wanna mess that up for sure maybe use one of those baby flat heads? and just be extra careful -
