Are you referring to me our the other guy? I intended this post to be fun. If i would have known this would upset peopple i would never have posted it. -
I know im a beginner and I love learning new things about car audio. But if you come to me like an arrogant prick, eve if your 100% right I will not respect your opinion.i am humbled by how much s ok me of you know and your experiences but that does not mean I have no respect for myself or the effort I put towards my vehicle and system.

Well thank you for that information, I was not aware that I would have those sort of problems. I honestly appreciate the knowleadge. But in the future if that is how you would have started your conversation you would seem alot less of an ass... -

Two batteries are on the way and im having my alt upgraded. Why do you seem like your set on making me look bad? Iv never ran an amp at .5 ohms so if its a bad idea please dont insult me just let me know. -

I know a guy that does custom installs on the side. I cant build one on my own because I live in an apt in the city. So hes going to help me decide what would work best for what I want. I do the best I can in an apartment and no way to use power tools. -

Yeah I was leaning more towards the 4th, I just want to make sure itll be more towards street beatin rather than just spl. I would be happier doing hair tricks that hittin a 150 if that makes any sense. -
yeah now it sounds alot better. i was going to get some new components but now i don't need too.

i bought the pack of 20 damp pro and put 10 sheets up. i was a actually a little disappointed with how quit it seemed afterward. i was so used to half the bass being actually noise from the roof.

i'm wondering what you guys are thinking my new build will bring me. my old set up is in my tag. 4 gauge power, no big 3. on music i hit a 143.7. with my 2 18's on double the power with 1\0, big 3, second skin, and a 4th order i'm guessing i'm actually going to be around 148. does anyone think that is a safe assumption. within the next week or two my box will be built and ill give you all the numbers. just thought i would make this and have a little fun.

so far i have put half my order of second skin on the roof of my explorer and the sound quality has dramatically increased, however i was not expecting how much quitter my truck is now. i didn't know if any of you guys experienced the same thing or was my roof just that bad?
