ok i tried dropbox and i dont like it lol, i cant figure out how to share my files with everyone, like photobucket, and i cant upload files to photobucket to share!! WTF Mate

ok usually i can figure this kind of stuff out but i just tried and because its not a "media file it wont even show up on the upload page. do i need to save the files differently or something?

oh got it, and then anyone can DL it and use it?

i was just wondering if it was possible to upload a file like a google skecthup file onto the forum so i can share box designs or maybe make some for people or something. or even just have a thread on boxes only... i searched with the search button and came up with nothing.... thanks

ok i just checked it with the dmm and no voltage drop lol. but..... its not shutting off anymore. it did it twice (first 2 ejects it ever did) and then since ive been taking then in and out and its not shutting off anymore, so that seems fine. but ive had it on and playing with all 4 speakers hooked up for like4 hours without any issues other then when i turn it way up it will cut off, but like i said im not worried about that. thanks again. now all i have to do is wait for it to get warm out again and i can start my boxes. thanks for all the help.

also when i eject the cd the radio shuts off lol. im thinking the 7a is not enough to run the little motor and the radio and whatever else its doing. im not sure though. but it stays on when i put a cd in and its doing the same thing....

maybe there just is some features i dont know how to use then lol.

you need a photo straight from the side to do this...

is the whole harness and wires for the radio out of the car or just the connector for the radio?

and here is the voltage, it drops .01v with the HU on and when i turned it all the way up the HU shut off lol but at that point the speakers were terribly distorted and sounded like shit so it would never be up that much. also if someone could explain to me how to put a video from photobucket and not have to lead you to my site. can i just put it so you can view like a youtube video does?

click on the image and it will bring you to my photo bucket. and see it. there is no distortion at the volume i had it, i recorded this on my phone so the quality sucks but as you can see it can still be heard throughtout my house and into the basement... and still sounded good.

ok im about to upload a video. my dad brought home one from work thats 7a and it works really good so far. the vid will be up in like 5 minutes.

why would e have to tap into the rear speakers? anyway, if i were you, i would take it all out and redo it myself. if you need any help or dont know how then just ask and we will help you out. with that little power, it is very simple to do. also does he have a stock HU or aftermarket?

for a goooodddd paint job your easily looking at 10k. its much harder (and mre expensive) when you change the color of a car. to repaint the same color is different but to completely change it, yea, thats a good start. and you might be doing some of the prep yourself.

i have a 2001 ram with polk 6 1/2 in the front and polk 5 1/4 in the rear and i do not need any more. i have 2 10 in polk subs under the back seat and the interiors are nt ampd. if they were they would sound even better but i love it how it is. if this helps at all...

ok thanks. a lot again. im going to pick up the first one, the 10a, so if i ever need to use it i can pull it down and use it as a 12v source for testing stuff. thanks again man. and i know it might sound crazy but what if i put a small cap also, would that help with the possibility of a future amp? i figure if its charged then the power will be pulled from that, i couldnt play it very loud for a long time or anything but just to add that little xtra. its just i also have an old 10 in sony xplode sub that id like to get out of my tool box lol
