  1. I still LOVE mine!!! I am running mine active on a SAX-150.4 and can't ask for nothing more clear! I am running my set in the kick panel Passive cause I do have another set of bullet tweeters on them as well. But you will be more then satisfied with your purchase of them Awesome! I have a 150x4 that I will be running them active on as well. If you don't mind me asking what are your x-over points?

  3. I'm guessing you are going with a small jet? 50 or 75? Since you cannot tune. I'm not sure what plugs* these cars will like maybe a NGK TR-6 what have you heard? And perhaps this is a dry kit since the ECU is locked? Haha sorry for so many questions.
  4. Looks great man. I met a girl the other day with a white IS 250 exactly the same as yours (minus tint and wheels). You weren't kidding when you said the thing rides great. The interior is classy and comfortable. I can't imagine how great they drive! Awesome ride, you did good.
  5. rather than glasspack get a single chamber flowmaster, the outlaw 10 series, it'll be a throatier sound than a glasspack and louder, and if you already had an aftermarket muffler on there before (the thrush) then you wont be seeing a change in gas mileage, strictly sound
  6. have you replaced the fuel filter? that will rob you of power in a hurry. at 130k id replace the fuel filter for sure if you haven't already, clean out the MAF, injectors, and throw some new spark plugs on there and i would bet that would solve your issues if you haven't messed with any of that in at least 50k miles or so
  7. man the ford 4.6's sound killer, if you want power with any other car, start off with your basic intake/exhaust bolt ons and go up from there, from that point your just basically adding supporting mods for headwork or power adders
  8. As stated many times, that came out very very clean. I see some posts on here about getting chrome door handles and doing things like that. Why put money into cheap accessories when the truck is clean as hell in the first place. I think painted door handles look WAY better than chrome ones on any car any paint job JMO. Good job on keepin' the whip clean and I can't get over how good those 26's look. I bet those suckers will look good when they are finally tucked with that air ride headin' down the highway flashin' with that fresh paint. One of my favorite looking tahoe's as many say "can't wait to see it all back together".
  9. Whoever thought getting rear ended would be awesome and one up your whip. From the pics that paint job looks flawless, looks really nice.
  10. Most shops do 15% by doubling up on the 35% (Add 2 layers of 35 over the factory window which is already tinted at around 70% I believe).
  11. I think Alpine White (Used on BMW's) with matching painted FACE of the rims would look killer. Just my 2 cents but I'm sure whatever comes out will be pretty sick!

As stated make sure you have full intake, full exhaust then I'd start to save for a head/cam package with a MS4 cam, then that s10 will be moving its feet just a little quicker -- former 04' cobra owner here and believe me I had a lot of ls1 rivalries and many friends with them I felt like I knew way too much about them. Knew about 3 with the MS4 cam that ran stout as hell in fbody's and c5's. I know texas speed has head/cam packages and cam only packages available with mail order tunes for the ls1's.
