Exactly, they arent getting full power. Are you asking how to get full power from your amp? Many people wire their subs at .5 ohm. Therefore, the amp sees about 1 ohm after rise
Say you wire a dual 2 ohm sub in parallel so its now a single 1 ohm sub. When you plug it into your amp, thereafter something called impedance rise. At some frequencies, the amp recognizes the sub as a 1.3 ohm sub and put out power accordingly.
Oh, I forgot to mention that ill have about another 400 watts for my mids and highs. I doubt itll make a major difference, but i thought that id just throw it out there
