  1. Steve is this something I can put on my Christmas list for this year or is it a 2012 thing?
  2. That would've been a nice feature to put with the DD-1, but I guess better late than never.
  3. The D Towers are actually back! I may get a couple more just to have them just incase they pull them again.
  4. I may be the wrong person to ask because I bleed Soundstream, but you can't go wrong with that amp. It performs very well. I also would recommend the D Towers. I own (12) DTR1.3400Ds.
  5. I don't have any personally, but you could probably check You Tube or maybe do a Goggle search.
  6. I almost forgot... Thanks for the suggestions. I think I'll start messing with my setup this weekend.
  7. Sinse you already have a Power Acoustik amp, the Epsilon Family has subs that would work well with that amp. Checkout any of these links: http://www.poweracoustik.com/pa2011/subwoofers.html http://splusa.net/products.htm http://www.precisionpower.com/html-version/subs.html http://www.soundstream.com/AudioProducts/Subwoofers/subwoofers-main.htm I'm not only a client... I'm Sponsored, so I rep my family whenever I can. What's up Grizz!
  8. If I remember the specs on that amp it puts out 1,200 watts @ 1 ohm, 900 watts @ 2 ohm & 600 watts @ 4 ohm. I maybe wrong, but I'm pretty sure. I have had a few drinks since the last time I played around with that amp.
  9. What ohm level are you planning on running?
  10. Are you refering to the TX1.2600D? Were you running at .5 ohm or 1 ohm?
  11. They aren't strappable. I'm running them through a XBP-10 processor, so they all hit the mic at the same time. I love these amps. Soundstream is actually bringing them back out next month.
  12. So in the end, I'll end up with a system that has no distortion but is gain matched to put out lowest match voltage from my amps? So instead of getting over 20,000 watts out of my system, I'll end up somewhere under 20,000 watts. I guess I should of run all (12) DTR1.3400Ds that I have.
  13. Maybe I can do everything the Pulse video mentioned to set each set of amps one at a time. Then go back and check all the gains after they have been set, so that I can then average each set of amps. That should get them all matched and below clipping. I'm just afraid that I may not get the maximum output this way. Does any of what I just said make sense to anybody?
  14. I'm hoping someone on this site can answer the question. Afterall, this is the Home of the DD-1!
  15. I'm number 42 but I gotta wait till tomorrow I paid extra for the 2 day shipping. I'm not good a waiting.
  16. Thanks for the feedbacks. I've looked at both of the videos mentioned, but I really don't remember seeing anything that answered my question. If I recall neither video dealt with setting multiple subwoofer amps. I'll go back and look at them both again. The Pulse one had several parts, I could've missed something.
  17. The hearse isn't really ready for it yet, anyway. I still need to figure out how to use this and get all my amps gain matched too. Especially since I'm also going through 2 processors. I use to just gain matach the amps using a DMM, but I'm not sure if they clip at different locations or not. Maybe, I'm just overthinking this. If I was just using 1 amp and 1 processor, it would be a hell of a lot easier. Damn me and my multiple amp setups. I'm going to need more alcohol.
  18. I purchased a DD-1 and I would like help on figuring out how to tune my current setup with it. My current setup contains: (2) Soundstream XBP-10 Processors (6) Soundstream DTR1.3400D Amps I'm running (3) amps per processor. Before I purchased the DD-1, I use to just go through and match the gain on each amp using a DMM. How would I go about doing it now?
