    i put two p2's in my ex's civic and the face/cone cracked on them twice.. i agree old RF woofers are 10x better than new unless you the the new T series

    is there like a calculation on the size of the box to the size of the port to get the freq?

    it goes in 7 1/2 and cuts to each side like a prefab box. can you tell me the hz on that?. do you think i should have did it a different way? i have pics at home. i will post in the builds when i get there...

    i personaly have never had a problem with the amp other then them getting really hot. my ex girl has 2 of them on 2 type x's in a custom box in a trooper with just a beefed up alt. she hit 148 i beleive. the sound is not as clean as ive heard but its good bang for the buck

    i have already built the box. the port is 3" x 13" in the middle similar to a prefab box. but im going to fiberglass it and put a tv on top of it..like i said its my first CUSTOM box.

    ts-w1207d4..... thats as big as i can build the box is 2.42cuft due to space required by the 3rd row. he has 5 kids. its 40x14x91/2.. he wants to get as much spl as he can

    one of the boxs i am building now is 2.42 cu.. he want to keep his 3rd row in his tahoe and he is running 2 premeir 12s. 1400 watts each. so if i wanted it to be spl. just wang its ass off then whats a good size port and the hz it would be

    im kinda of a newbie but then again im not.. im new to building custom boxes.. im in middle of my first fiberglass project.i need to post a thread in builds for that. but could someone explain how do you come up with the Hz when you are talking about your boxes. and whats good for what kind of setup

    nah its a good friends car.. his wife died earlier this year and he got a big check and she always wanted that car hooked up. so he made it happen in dedication to her.. we just finished the paint last week.. but hes got about 70 in it so far. when hes done it will have about 150k...

    you def got ripped.. for a regular gloss black with a couple coats of clear. jamming it and everything for nine... me and my boy just did a lexus sc400 candy tangerine and fully molded bodykit. painted everything . underthe hood everywhere for 15k.. just the candy paint was 1800..you have to put 5 layers of candy and 4 coats of clear.. you should have brung it to us .. i could post some pics but i dont know how to put them in the message
