Would it be enough for 2 night shades 18

I was just about to order a second 1500 to strap them would this amp be a better set up over all. I am running 2 re sx 18 at 1 ohm 3 kintik 1800 hc and a 250 amp alt, hope to up grade subs soon 16cubes at 32 hz. Also is this amp longer than my sax 100.4 thanks.

Use a realy well built box or it wont matter if you pick the right sub or not

This is my first set of 18"s was a little nervous I think it was a good idea now. hear is my box starting amp racks tomarrow. this is where i am going to build my amp racks one on each side hooked them up today to see how they sound. dam!

Working on my new box thought I would get some adivice before I finish this time. I figured the box to be out of 3/4 at these speks it will be double layerd thou 49x24x27 15.77 gross, port aera 171.00, net 13.29 at 33.83 hz. the port is 9" high 19" wide 15" deep is this the propper tuning or am i screwing this up the sxx say 5.4 to 8 optimal i would like to keep the box this size or should i go with 15 i realy want 18 I am running sxx 12 now, thought it yould be easer than 2 more 12"s and another sundown. I realy could use some advice the last two made a good fire.

just relized this box would only be large enougf for 1 sx need to see if ihave the room dont think it will be a problem but this box would be perfict for 15s

built this box for 4 sxx 12 going to change top 11.04 net 8.62 after port port aera 114.19 port aera per ft 13.25 33 hz am i going about this the right way havent ever had 18s

i have always had 12s thinking about going for something bigger this web site has ruined me mostly listen to rock but like to bassout once in awhile

find some one who sell bateries they can wipe the memeory clean and cycle them thats what they do to golf cart batt's and re sell them i am in the manine side every battery we warranty they can rejuvanate. hope that makes sence they have some bad ass chargers.

new sundown's came today 1500 is great 100x4 doa. iam sure they will be helpfull thats all i have read is how great there service is, no tunes for a while that sucks, these things look solid , replacing my rf t1000 t400x4

think i miseed some thing used re deiigened haf the box then just doubeled it thats why only 4 from the wall. box was to hav 4" port minne is 22 if i make it 18" long i think it will be 116 not positive gues i dont know what i am doing

started a new topic looking for help on tuning my port box is 47.5 x 15x 25.5 internal port is 8x15x22 deep ithink that would get me 34hz would love any input first box like this, port not fastend just sitting there untill i can gel some adivce thanks for the compliments

NEW BOX PLANS 50 28 18 subs up port back port 10 10 10 think that would be 35 hz any better ideas, hope that i am on the right track. i just fatmated the hole bronco i should have done that first what a difference. does it mater where i put the port high or low i was going to center it

thanks new t1000 came today 4sex 12s tommorow still havent came up wihh the perfict box yet. thinking about leaving space for batteries behind box like steves but would leave space tight maby one on each side behind plexy, building a really cool amp rack out of fiber glass going to use carbon fiber to wrap port dress up batt trays some, lot of ideas not so much on the port thow, all my boxes have ha like a 2.5" angled port and sounded great mabe i shoul let some one else deisign some thing a littel nicer.

thanks for the input. thats what I was leaning toward. any input on speaker placement, subs up? subs back? port up or back? should i leave some area between the box and tailgate? i'm just not sure how to get the most out of an SUV. if i am going about this wrong, help me out! i guess i need to talk it out more than anything.

If you drive it daily on the street spend the money for a good ride pro comp stage 2.Been driving lifted thucks for 20 years installing for 5 its worth it!
