Eclipse EA4200 Amp. I don't use it anymore to power my kappas. It was clean sound, but it didn't get that loud. More sq then spl. Asking $50.00 + shipping. baffle was flush with the original shape and dimensions of the box. the baffles took up .4 cubic feet of displacement, so it made the tuning go up

Youre good; I triple baffled my box for a fi btl 15. And it threw the tuning off by about .4 or so, from 33.01 to 33.41 . I wouldn't worry too much about it.

duh. ground it to the front one for better connection. but you can also ground to the frame.

I would love to have it at 32. But my length then needs to be at 32. And I think I would have to resort to an L shaped port then and that'll put me at lost again, unless bkolfo could explain that.

Yes I was going off your picture you gave me. And yes I will round the edges. That won't throw off any tuning will it? And again that picture you gave me is with a 31w, 25 depth, and 16h correct? That should tune it to 34 hrtz, considering all the displacement of bracing, & double baffle

So that's all I need? Just a 20.25 inch piece? No L shape at all? How come I see some with an L shape? I thought most ported used that kind. Final dimensions and etc. Do THESE finally look right?

Here's the thing, lol I cant! Any bigger width and it gets tuned too high and I run out of room. Any smaller and thers not enough port area.. I think this is the best bet..
