  1. i think the slashes look ugly as hell. I love the way the revo hugged the road at higher speeds. And it's small yes, but it tears through grass, puddles, mud, dirt like its big brother. Was worth every penny tbh. And it's also an awesome wow factor. people don't think something that small can go that fast.
  2. series or parrallel?/ I just saw a Y-adapter for both batts.. Didnt see what one it was.. Actually ONLY saw one series my friend There's bats in both compartments. It was actually a home made y adaptor. Hobbytown didnt have one, and since I worked there I just grabbed wires and made my own. Really hard to explain how fast these things go. Toward the end you can hear my flooring it for a split sec. Just the rain got the tires foam soaked and the tires got off balance and didn't let me give it full power. Things are fast as fuckkkkkk 3:58 is full throttle for like 1/4 of a sec hahaha.
  3. 1/16 e revo vxl. hook up 2 batts in series and go nuts. i had one and loved it. things haul ass. mine from 2009
  4. It's called low voltage. And you can have your gains set 100% correct, no clipping at all. But you drop into the 10's and so long mr amp.
  5. They alright, but youre better off forking up the money and buying a nice bank of 3100s
  6. run that 5k to the xls, or 2 5ks on the lvl 5's.
  7. I've heard good things about them. Same with the T3's. Though I've personally ran infinities and been more than pleased, im going to run some Polk Audios next. Typically, you get what you pay for. A 130.00 speaker is going to sound better than a 49.99 boss set.
  8. connect the hus front to the amps front, and hus rear to amps rear (rcas).
  9. Some amps won't have that though like sundown. You'd have to know theyre strappable, unlike aq and others where theres a switch and a spot for the master/slave rca.
  10. You're correct. Considering they're all single 4 ohm, wiring 2 together at each channel will present you a 2 ohm load.
  11. once again, more port. And you know your ports bend right? You seem to have not taken that into account in the picture. I'd shoot for 14-16 sq inches with those pvc ports. And flare them too.
  12. Yea it is a one trick pony, but it's how well it does that one trick. It is super easy to setup and use, it's easy to read it does all that at a fraction of the cost of an Oscope. It will pay for itself the first time you use it cause you won't be replacing blown equipment when your gains are set correctly. Not exactly. You can still blow your amps even with gains set correctly.
  13. I think the box would blow out before air got through the wood...
  14. you can pretty much use whatever you want... Just some woods require more bracing and prep than MDF or birch.. You can try particle board, just brace and maybe double it up. Or ply-wood, same thing.
  15. 23 mpg, 17 g tank costs about 40-45 to fill up. bi weekly that is lol
  16. i seriously hope your mentality changes. we fucking HATE people who enjoy pissing off people. (not directing at you) but this is why all these audio laws are taking into effect because there are irresponsible asshole-ish kids going around blasting music. and by the way, 4 channels are basically made for mids and highs speakers, not subwoofers. monoblocks are designed for subwoofers. use only monoblocks for subwoofers and ONLY monoblocks. basically this. AMEN!! kranny
  17. o lol reading>me. thought you had a 15 for some reason
  18. no. I would use around 4 cubes since you're almost throwing triple the power to it. I had one strapped on 2 saz3000's and still had some problems with it in a 3.5 cube box.
  19. it's possible to find a job anywhere. it's all about how hard you look and how much effort you put into trying. you're not going to get hired just filling out applications. you have to follow up on them an make yourself stand out.
  20. You want to run 6k to that sub? I did and it's difficult... What is your electrical like? Coming from the fact that you don't know how to design a box nor wire up the sub, what gives me a reason to say that youre still not running stock alt and factory wiring?
  21. with the flares on it. If you want a 12" port, cut it about 15" and then flare it. However if you buy em pre assembled then its taken into account.
  22. Guys need to quit asking the price >.> He's not going to tell because obviously it's still in the beta stages where things can be added or removed. There might be still a few things wrong with it that could make the price go up more. He's not going to be like "Probably $79.99" when someone could have missed something major that's causing flaws, and now they need to add another circuit board or whatever that'll cost $40, making it now $119.99. See what i'm saying?
  23. im pumped for this steve! This is just one of those tools every audio enthusiast just flat out NEEDS. hurry up with it lol
