Mine just started doing the same thing...sometimes it works fine, sometimes it sounds really distorted and sometimes there no output at all, and other times there is no output. The whole time the power light stays on but when it sounds distorted the protection light blinks. i figured it was a ground or rca problem but i checked both with no luck. Was your protection light coming on while it was doing this too?

lol it looks like his rearview mirror fell off too...and how did he make the flares? Ive always wondered why i dont see anyone doing this because it seems like all you would have to do is heat up the end of the pipe and bend it out, although i never thought to use something like that wooden piece with a radius to press it on

i have 2/0 welding cable thats pretty much equivalent to knu 1/0 in mine and it fits...its underrated like most other sundown amps. Mine is wired to 2ohm and the sub im running now is rated at 600 rms which is also what the amp is rated at for 2ohms but if play it wide open i start smelling coils and the dustcap gets hot...I love this amp

i think it would be cool if you took some old old caddilac tailights and did some body work and put em on there...maybe some of the old bullet styles recessed in...just an idea but it would be different and still caddy

Jacob recommended .6-1 cubic feet each and since you will be below the rms rating I don't see a problem with a 3 cube box for 3. If you ever adde any power though you would probably want a smaller box

Yeah I was trying to do a slot port but I might not be able to since the box is so small. What are your box/port specs?

Am I doing something wrong? I'm trying to get my port size down and for .6 cubes at 33 hz and 9.75" of port I'm getting that my length should be like 33" long which is too big for the box. Does this sound wrong? Or any ideas to shorten it without getting the port too small?
