    I have the hdc3 15 and I love it! im running 1500 watts through it with the copper coils and it slaps

    check out the audioque 2200 amp. Its stable to 1 ohm and its 398 shipped to your door. I have one and I love it.

    If your going to spend the money on a nice 18, and you back if up with the proper power, it will blow those cvr 15's away

    If you use 2 15's that are the same brand and model as the 18's the 15's will be louder. If you comparing your cvr 15's to say a FI btl or dc lvl5 18, the 18 will take a shit on your cvr's. But that is only if you have the proper power running to the 18. Which fi and dc were you looking at?

    check out the kicker cvr 15's on hifi sound connection, you can get them for 110 bucks a piece and they sound great for the price. or if you want to spend a little more, check out the audioque street duty subs, and their 1200 watt amp. for 2 of the street duty 15's wire and their 1200 watt amp your looking at about 600

    dude he either needs to get a better DC or get the hdc3, for the money you cant beat the hdc3. I have an hdc3 15" on an aq2200 and i love it!
