It's so funny people want to use defending this country as a reason. My father served, out of 10 of my friends who served in Iraq 7 returned. My late fiances two brothers served and are currently serving and none have used marijuana. Yes, there can be legitimate reasons why medical use could be beneficial, but that is not always the case. When i say copout, I mean the people copping out. Everyone deals with stuff in a different way, but to just use pain and mental trauma as an excuse is still an excuse. Mental trauma...sober: life is hard and hard to deal with. High: forget about trouble so seems better. Sober again: problems STILL there therefore NOTHING has changed.

Give me a Fucking break bro. 1. You're talking about someone else, nothing you've never done or experienced first hand. 2. I've been shot once with 2 bullets entering my body, was stabbed twice one time being with a crackhead wielding a screwdriver, pulled my cousins broken and lifeless body from my car in a drunk driving accident, and buried my murdered fiance. Don't give me that bullshit example when I can say, there are better ways of dealing with pain. Using pain as an excuse is an excuse. If you haven't experienced true pain don't you can't imagine what its like or what you would do. I'm telling you its a copout

you know, i have nothing against marijuana smokers, myself being one, but i do find it annoying and a copout to say i have pain, i need weed. we wouldnt say my back hurts and i need a line or two. just think people need to be much more honest about their real reasons. i am in no way a pothead, and smoke maybe....once or twice every couple of months. but i do like my stuff. it is legal on a state level here in alaska for personal use. i smoke but i know its wrong. i think legalizing it in any form would be bad and just show a demoralization of our country. just because i do something bad doesnt mean i dont know it is bad.

Turning the gains up 3/4 of the way is not unleashing its power
-
My um was because heaps of your posts don't actually respond, you just quote a previously posted post. I'm asking what exact model t1 you have and how is it wired? Maybe you have it wired at 4ohms. Setting the gains isn't bad, but why when the sub is overpowered? And how were the gains set or did you just guess halfway sounded good? How's your voltage?
-
..............um...........
-
How is it wired? You would DEFINITELY hear 1600 watts on a t1, 800 even. What vc subs do you have?
-
I wish my phone could facepalm.... Why would the gain be up if you're already overpowering the subs? The gain knob IS NOT like a volume button

It is not required to upgrade the alternator...just one of the best ways to create stable voltage. You can if you desire create a large battery bank but realize a stock alternator won't charge too well, and it can be more work and more expensive to go that route. Why are you opposed to an upgraded alternator? And I am really sketch about your friends system pulling 2600watts on stock electrical with no issues. I am guessing he really isn't pulling the rated power. Understand...amps don't create power out of air and fart, takes power to make power

Not a myth, and not a fact. It's a safety precaution. Time isn't something anyone can say, and i always like to run the subs free air before installation. Those FIs are beautiful and can take a beating and they will sure get louder and lower the more the subs break in and loosen the suspension. I always break my subs in but that's just me. I live in Alaska and there's no such thing as a quick fix or just shipping stuff up. Easier to play it safe

He wasn't being sarcastic, he was being serious when offering Google as a solution. A direct answer which could be found in .9865880 seconds opposed to waiting on a thread. I'll admit, kranny can be a dick but he has a point, a very good point. Reading and research are good. To the OP, were all the wires secure? Did you check the fuse? Is there a fuse? If changing the battery fixed the issue I'm going to assume voltage was dipping and clipping occured. How are you monitoring your voltage...cap?
