Ok do I put on full range or high using the crossovers that come with the speakers

Well probably 200 for both subs and 200 for the amp and the box probably won't be able to ship but you could sell locally as a box for 18s as big as it is, then you could sell your install accessories like wires batteries alt if you got them. But part out the stereo don't try to sell as a whole IMO. I really wasn't tryin to hate either. Is the equipment brand new? Because that wasn't a good deal brand new subs are 150 straight from AQ and amp is 250 some if I remember right.

My service air bag comes on everytime I play my subs I have an 03 Yukon Denali. It did scared me at first but I'm like you its always in the back of my mind! lol

Ok so from talkin to irpirate on SMD here he thinks I should find a four channel and run active. The amp I'm lookin at now is the older RF T800.4 on the T1652-S still (6 mids, 6 tweets) I believe they are all single 4ohm, how about a diagram for that and crossover frequencies? I plan on buyin all this at the end of this month or early next month unless I find a steal on the speakers or amp. Thanks a lot, Dan.

Nice build, I miss my jeep sometimes. I had all the rattles and everything tightend up deadened everything. Now I'm starting over on my Denali. My jeep with 2 18s loved 36-40 hz box was at tuned right around 29hz. Do you plan on upgrading equipment for more powerful stuff? looks good man!

So from searching around a bit today it looks like I can get a 2.6 ohm load or .6, I'd run at 2.6 ohms. but if someone could draw up a diagram for me that would be great. Also if anyone else knows of amp that will do full range for speakeres at 2 ohm that'd be great!

So I'm in the process of re-doing my mids and highs. I finally decided on what speakers I want to use (Rockford T1652-S). I'll be using three sets of those (6 speakers 6 tweets) and Im trying to figure out how to wire it up, they are 4 ohm speakers and tweets are 4ohm I think too. So my question is what should I do for an amp? I'm thinking it'd be easiet to buy a two channel and wire them all together, but I dont know what the final impedance for wiring them together would be. I'll be using the rockford crossovers. Will this be amp work http://www.bostonacoustics.com/PDFs/manuals/GT_2ch_Man.pdf I know its a lil over powered but I've seen that crossovers take a good amount of power away too. I could be mis-informed. Any help or suggestions on an amp would be great. Thanks, Dan.

Yea, I thought it wasnt a bad deal, I'm really worried about the reliability part because I think twisted blew it twice already. Cuz I see my amp sell for 600-650 and I would be doubling my power and only payin 300-350 bucks. Thats why I was gonna jump on it.

Ok I'm talkin to the guy who bought Twistedchild420's 8k. He wants to trade his blown 8k for my AQ3500.1D (new style) plus 100 from me and we each pay our own shipping Twisted got quoted 250 for repair's. Basically I'm just rocking a daily ground pounder and want reliability from my set up. I just want your opinions on what you would do

mine on my denali slapped for like the first 15 mins i put my subs in then they just snapped off.. I'm waiting for the overhead dvd player to come down next and clock me in the head. My jeep headliner would move and so would the roof, put 2 layers of audio technix on the roof and tripled above the subs and closest to the winshield. I honestly think it got a lot louder and cleaner sounding after i did that and the hatch

What kinda car/truck? I have a low charging system too tho, 12.8 volts! Haha the alternator took a shit on mine tho. But do the big three, somethin don't seem right because I doubt that those are RMS watts you gave us. Check for loose ground wires too

I would think you'd be fine at 1.34 on a 2 ohm stable amp
