  1. I ended up making this box backwards. I didn't put the baffle or sides on untill the rest was done, because I ran out of wood. Check my build log in my sig (first link mazda b3000) to see what I mean.
  2. No. I wanted to make sure it was completely sealed up. When I do my new build I will use this sub and box in a home system.
  3. Here is what the final product looks like (minus paint)
  4. Sure, shipping can't be that much. Plus it's better then haveing the head unit flying around.
  5. I have the box built and playing! I will post pics in my build log along with a video, when I get off work.
  6. I thought horns had a seald chamber for the subs?
  7. What do you mean by loading it off the passenger side wall? I going to be finishing it tomorw.
  8. That's what it's called! The h/u is a Dual xdm7615.
  9. I am looking for the metal braket the raps around the head unite, that holds it to the dash kit. I am on my phone and unable to post pictures. When I am able to I will post pictures of what I am looking for along with my h/u.
  10. 154! Damn I can't wait to get two for my truck! Why can't summer come fast enough!!!
  11. Cool thanks! I will hopefully get started on it this weekend.
  12. The dimentions I made the first box to where just a shot in the dark, first attempt. As long as the box fits within my max dimension, the smaller the better but it doesn't matter. I might make a 1:1 ratio and a 1:2 ratio to compaire. So 2cubes sealed is good? I may also do switchable ports to see what each tuning will give me.
  13. The vehicle is a 1994 Mazda B3000 (Ford Ranger). I'm rebuilding because the box I have was not built for this vehicle and I think this sub would do good in a 4th order. Plus I want to experiment and learn.
  14. Would this be to big? 2cubes sealed, 4cubes ported with a 6''x6''x10'' port. Giving it a tuning of 42 give or take.
  15. I kinda forgot to put the measurements I have to play with . They are 19'' x 18.5'' x 50''
  16. I need to make a new box for my truck and want to try a 4th order. Right now my sub is in a 3cu.ft. box and every time someone opens the door it gets louder. The sub is a Rockford Fosgat P212S4. 12" single 4 ohm voice coil rated for 300rms. I would like to start building it this weekend.
  17. I uderstand this more then words... lol. Yet I am not to fond of math.
  18. Can Boss subs be re-coned? I want to learn hoe to do re-cones and such. If so where can get them?
