    Ok if it drops to 13.5v then 1900 is about right its rated 2000@ 13.8.........so in common sense if your loading at 1 ohm then that amp is pretty much dead. On but with rise. It will play a crucial roll..... so do some more testing and order the smd dd-1 and you should see better results
