You know you're out of shape when something like removing capet/foam and everything else that holds it in from a room kills your arm completely. Feels like I pulled muscles in both my arms lol

aww sounds like a bad day lol, i remove floors for a living, trust me, that is easy. lol

This was my first time doing it, I had to use a dull scraper to scrape the glue that was used to keep the foam down haha

Your knuckles and hands should be scraped up a bit but your arms should be fine lol.
