    Due to shipping delays the Z v.2 ETA is being pushed back to January 2010. I was hoping to start shipping them before the end of the year but that will not happen. There will not be a pre-sale but I will offer introductory pricing on them when all my parts are in.

    The amp has 160 internal... closest you can get is 150 or so, that will work. At 1 ohm make sure to get 1/0 wire.

    A pair of L7s should be okay on a 1500D @ 1 ohm.

    The Dual-2 SA-12s will be in stock shortly... likely within 7-14 days -- along with the second shipment of the Dual-4 version. I've had alot of people anxiously awaiting the Dual-2 version so I thought I would let everyone know

    Got a little news... the capacitors are still holding us up. The amps are basically done otherwise waiting for them... expected completion date is December 15th on the amps then they will be sent to me. Looking into faster shipping options on the pre-ordered amps if possible.

    If a large vibration turns everything back on your are most likely looking at a very loose connection somewhere.

    Ah - in that case Chris may have accidentally switched the plugs inside the amp. This would reverse them.

    Try new RCA cables -- what are you using now ?

    Is the amp new ? Every one is tested before it leaves -- so I would suggest changing to a different RCA cable as a first measure.

    Got some word yesterday... expected to arrive on the east coast within a week or so. Then I should have them shortly afterward. Unfortunately one of our longest pre-order delays to date... but it is always a possibility when dealing with shipping from overseas. As I stated in the original post "DO NOT pre-order if you are in a rush or on a dead-line -- as always there can be delays with pre-orders."

    Sundown will be closed Thursday and Friday... seriously Going to visit family for the Holiday.

    Suspension is fairly soft so that will be the limiting factor... otherwise the coil is very similar to the SA-8 coil so on a burst it will take a good bit to damage that.

    The coil position doesn't change for the ring - it is not magnetic.
