Not in any way that I know of. This was done so the amp will look the same mounted either way - since the metal bar with the logo can be flipped around to mount the amp in either direction.

We tooled the new parts and started production over 2 months ago, takes about 3 months total not counting new tooling and whatnot - we are building a few hundred of them. They should be on the water now based on the ETA I was given

It is a pre-order so they will ship when they arrive. Our ETA is the 21st of next month - we will end the pre-order then. Sometimes it can take more time than the ETA, sometimes less.
