    The tinsel lead connection to the terminal ? Bend them down a bit -- we did that on most of them when testing them. The factory leaves them up too high.

    Part of the reason for the huge difference is the increase in stability of the 2500D @ that ohm load -- the 2000D would protect with more volume. Difference would be a bit less at 0.5 ohm or 1 ohm.

    I know some people are waiting on these -- I expected them this week but I just called and they are telling me Monday now. So... anyone waiting on either of this will get shipped Monday - Tuesday next week.

    0.25 starting load... same setup it is beating the 2000D by 1000 watts. We got 2300 with a 0.92 load on the 2000D.

    Well guys -- I am going to have alot more shipped today but STILL not all of them. Ran out of time. I'll see if I can at least get the rest testing this weekend so they can for sure all finish up on Monday.

    Little bit of testing from Derrick today : 3360 Watts 63 A 53 V 0.85 ohm actual Around 14v actual voltage So... I think it is safe to say it is powerful. We'll work on more testing at various other loads as time goes on -- we just dropped it into his setup today.

    If you didn't get a D4 tracking number then either : 1) You ordered from a dealer and they have it. 2) Your spam filter ate it. 3) I mispelled your email address. 4) You are using a different email for Paypal than you normally use. 5) You ordered after the pre-order period (I shipped all D4 ordered within the pre-order period)

    All of the D4 subs ordered during the pre-order period are by the door today. Tracking numbers will go out when they get picked up in a bit. Still working through the D2s -- should finish them all tomorrow.

    I am still working on getting caught up on emails. We are getting close on the SA-8s (few more days) and then next week we should be caught up on custom subs and re-cones... then should be back to normal.

    Down at SBN - my girlfriend got a demo of the truck and did a hair trick. DJ's truck has 32x SA-12s on 4x 3500Ds running 16v all at 1 ohm each. Capable of 157+ dB @ 37 Hz so far :

    Got as many as I could shipped -- not as many as I would have liked but there are only so many hours in a day, especially when preparing for a big event. So! Anyone that gets them Friday and Saturday (FedEx Home does Saturday) post some reviews for me and everyone else who is waiting I'll start shipping more Monday when I'm home from SBN.

    Pre-sale is over but more are in stock @ regular price... I plan to keep these as a permanent item (subject to tweaks along the way of course).
