Overcharging motors isn't all too uncommon, I know DD offers a "SuperCharged" option to their 3500 series, where they simply give the motor a stronger charge. that is not what the supercharging option is ^that. They use neo rings somewhere in the design, not exactly sure where, or what else, korey can probably help you on that one as I'm half asleep
